ARCHITECTURAL CHANGE REQUESTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Please email Architectural Change Requests to the HOA at crystalspringsmonroviahoa@gmail.com and include the following information:

  • General description of what it is you would like to add or change. Feel free to include pictures if practical.
  • Location: Please provide your address and location of changes on your lot.
  • Dimensions of addition
  • Materials to be used on exterior 
  • Estimated Start Date (Month/Year)
    • Evergreen approval may be granted if you are unsure.

For quick reference, below are the general exterior restrictions on additional buildings such as garages and room additions:

SHEDS

The HOA Board will approve reasonable requests for sheds that meet the following criteria:

  • The appearance reasonably flows with the aesthetics of the neighborhood. 
  • The size and location are not likely to cause problems for neighboring homeowners.

Including pictures of examples will help expedite approval.
